GO Concepts Sponsors Best Buddies Top Golf Classic
GO Concepts was proud to sponsor the Closest to the Pin Contest at the Best Buddies Top Golf Classic in West Chester Ohio. This was Miami University Best Buddies’ fifth annual Golf Classic to benefit Best Buddies Ohio.
This event was organized by alumni of Best Buddies Miami, parents and current students at Miami. Best Buddies is a program that pairs individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for friendship, in addition to offering leadership opportunities for its members. The proceeds from the event will go to Best Buddies Ohio in order to grow chapters and leadership opportunities around the state.
Best Buddies is a nonprofit organization that supports inclusion and friendships between people with and without developmental disabilities. Over sixty golfers from the greater Cincinnati area came together to support the fundraisers put on by the Miami University Chapter of Best Buddies that will benefit Best Buddies Ohio. The winner of the closest to the pin contest was Eric Malo of Cincinnati Ohio, who was also a Miami University Alumni 2010.
GO Concept has been involved with the program over the last three years and looks forward to getting more involved, promoting awareness of inclusion, and the wonderful work that is done across the state of Ohio.
